Extra Credit is available for users of the workshop about Medication Administration and the AAP Healthy Futures e-learning on this topic. For an additional hour of credit, participants who successfully complete the Medication Administration Workshop or the AAP e-learning may arrange for a licensed health professional to observe their performance of medication administration skills using a checklist provided by ECELS.

This online tool assesses the completeness and timeliness of routine preventive health services received by children. Users enter the dates for immunizations and other health supervision services, such as vision and hearing screening or lead and anemia screening, and WellCareTracker™ determines which immunizations and/or services are up-to-date, currently due, or overdue based on the American Academy of Pediatrics' recommendations.

The Pennsylvania Immunization Card is an English/Spanish wallet-sized personal immunization record for children and adults. They are available in packs of 50 cards at no cost for distribution to Pennsylvania families so they can keep track of vaccines they have received.  To order PA Immunization Cards, select "Available Materials to Order" and complete the form.


The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) has three FREE online health and safety Self-Learning Modules called “e-learning.” To encourage use of these media-rich, high quality online learning opportunities, while supplies last, ECELS will send one of three print resources to a facility where one or more staff members successfully complete one of the three e-learning activities. To claim one of the print resources, e-mail or fax a copy of the AAP certificate of completion for the e-learning activity, the mailing information for the facility and request one of the resources.
