Devereux Center for Resilient Children is part of a large non-profit educational and behavioral health organization. Keystone STARS is Pennsylvania's Quality Rating and Improvement System (QRIS).  Keystone STARS is a continous quality improvement approach to assess, improve and communicate the level of quality in early and school age - care and education programs.  The crosswalk document identifies ECELS resources that relate to specific standards.  The Steps for Early Care and Education Programs to Reduce Illness and Injury address STARS Standard LM. 2.3.   Check out the resources and tools available to help your program advance in STARS.  9/2018.
