State and National Organization and Agency staff will find useful early education and child care quality improvement Publications here. ECELS publishes or contributes to the publication of many different types of materials. Most are available online without charge. Some are available in hard copy for the cost of printing and mailing as well as online. Others are available for purchase from publishing organizations such as the American Academy of Pediatrics.  The publications include audio-visual materials, checklists, fact sheets, forms, participant handouts (other than those associated only with a downloadable PowerPoint,) Health Capsules (short articles about a topic), Health Link Online (a quarterly newsletter with about 6-8 articles,) manuals/booklets/pamphlets/(model) policies, PowerPoint presentations & handouts, resource lists by topic, self-learning modules, workshop lesson plans & course curricula, and posters. 11/2012.
